Zoe,

These are simple subfolders in the inbox

foe example:

Mail/Inbox/AAA

Mail/Inbox/CCC

are in folder list in Power BI but 

Mail/Inbox/BBB

Mail/Inbox/DDD

Mail/EEE

are not listed, so half of email count is missng in Bower BI statistics
