Hi all,
I have what is probably a basic question, but I am not able to work it out, so sorry in advance.
I have a data which has a column which shows risk values, and some of the records do not have a Risk value at all, so I want these to show "Not Applicable". What is the best way of doing this?
In the example below, I want record 4 & 6 to show "Not Applicable".
Record Risk Factors
1 Insig
2 Low
3 Medium
4
5 High
6
7 Extreme

Hi @JoeyF
You can simply select the column, choose "Replace values"on the menu you get when pressing the right mouse button and then replace the blanks with "Not applicable"
