According to your description, here's my solution. Create a measure.
Column = VAR _Rank = RANKX ( FILTER ( 'Table', 'Table'[Fraccionated] = "Close" ), 'Table'[Supplier], , ASC, DENSE ) RETURN IF ( [Fraccionated] = "Okay", "Okay", "Group" & _Rank )Get the correct result:
