Hello there,
I'm kind of new in Power BI, and I was wondering if is it possible to create a new measure using two variables of two different query's. I took the EdX course, but I don't remember to have an exercise like this.
For sure, if this is possible I will appreciate the advice of how to do it. Step by step likely. Hope someone sees my question and answer it.
The function that I need to do is a difference. Variable A, subtract Variable B (A-B).
Best regards.

Hi Josepatwentysix
I'm not sure if I fully understood your question, but I'll try to answer the question.
You have to create 3 measures in PBI Desktop.
1. Measure:
FirstMeasure = sum(Tabelle1[A])
2. Measure:
SecondMeasure = sum(Tabelle1[B])
Difference Measure:
Difference = [FirstMeasure] - [SecondMeasure]

Measure A: calculate something
Measure B: calculate something
Measure Difference: = A - B

Of course, that's what I've learned already when both varibles correspond to the same Query. I was talking more like when one variable is from one Query or folder, and the other variable is from a different Query or folder.
But if you wanted to say Tabelle1 and Tabelle 2, I guess you right, I'm gonna try with your explanation and promote you to solution.
