Forms to power bi

Hello,

I'm trying to create a flow, that takes data from Microsoft Forms and update it on a Real Time Data at Power BI, using the power Automate. I was able to generate the flow, but when I try to see the results at Power BI it only shows me the columns. The answers of the forms would be the rows of the Table. Can you help me discorver why the rows are not appering?

The flux is:

Answer at Forms (Trigger) -> Get the forms's data -> RealDataBase At Power BI

Best Regards

yes, I use a Pro license (and we are on Premium capacity but that may not be relevant).  Sorry, should have mentioned that.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Do you refresh manually to have a try? Is it successful? If not, is there any error message?

You could watch the video firstly to check if you missed something.

Hi @v-xuding-msft

I tried to refresh, it doesn't works. I did exactly like the video you sent.

I tried to create 3 different forms and it doesn't work too. The columns with the forms questions appears at power bi, but the rows that should show the answers doesn't.

Thanks for the answer, I hope you can help me!

Is that a hybrid streaming dataset you push the rows into?  Is "data"  your UTC datetime stamp field?

Yes It is a hybrid streaming. And the "Data" field is the UTC Time, one of the answer for the forms's questions.

The information about the questions are appearing in the columns, but the answers that should appear at the rows are not.

I didn't understand that last part.  Are you saying that instead of the question responses you get the question titles back?

@lbendlinI meant that the Power BI is getting the questions from Microsoft Forms. But it is not collection (or showing) the answers contained at the Forms.

I just went through the entire setup process

Created a new form

Created a hybrid streaming dataset

Created a flow that takes the form responses and pushes them to the dataset

Created a report from the dataset

Created a dashboard tile from the report

Submitted a form response.

The Dashboard tile shows the expected result:

I just did it again and no result.

Does your license is the Pro?

My friend is trying too, it is not working neither. We

Hi @lbendlin

I managed to do it. I used my friend's Pro License and Premium Capacity. It worked.

I will solicitate the upgrade to my TI team.

Thanks For the Help.
