    yes, I use a Pro license (and we are on Premium capacity but that may not be relevant).  Sorry, should have mentioned that.

lbendlinI meant that the Power BI is getting the questions from Microsoft Forms. But it is not collection (or showing) the answers contained at the Forms.

I just went through the entire setup process

 

Created a new form

 

Created a hybrid streaming dataset

 

 

Created a flow that takes the form responses and pushes them to the dataset

 

 

Created a report from the dataset

 

Created a dashboard tile from the report

Submitted a form response.

 

The Dashboard tile shows the expected result:

        Hi lbendlin  

         

        I managed to do it. I used my friend's Pro License and Premium Capacity. It worked. 

        I will solicitate the upgrade to my TI team.
