Creating table with indexed items

I have a table with the following information:

Index	ID	Status
0	0001	Closed

0	0003	In Progress

How can I create a table to list all the IDs and create an indexed column in the following format

ID	Status 0	Status -1	Status -2	Status -n
0001	Closed	In Progress	Open	Status N
0002	Open	Open	Open	Status N
0003	In Progress	Open	Open	Status N
