Creating table with indexed items

I have a table with the following information:

IndexIDStatus
00001Closed
00002Open
00003In Progress
-10001In Progress
-10002Open
-10003Open
-20001Open
-20002Open
-20003Open

 

How can I create a table to list all the IDs and create an indexed column in the following format

IDStatus 0Status -1Status -2Status -n
0001ClosedIn ProgressOpenStatus N
0002OpenOpenOpenStatus N
0003In ProgressOpenOpenStatus N
