We are using a London version of Service Now which has been setup to allow access to only a few ip's. It doesn't support adding CIDR addresses, so we cannot use any of the Azure list of IP's updated weekly. Has anyone had to deal with this situation?

@Anonymous,
A method is to connect to ServiceNow as an ODBC data source in Power BI, then add the ODBC data source within gateway, and whitelist the IP address of gateway machine and add required ports into your firewall rule.

Lydia
@Anonymous ,
Yes, you would need to install the ODBC driver to the VMs that host gateway and Power BI Desktop.

Lydia

@Anonymous is there a free solution, using this connector costs 500$ a year.
@Anonymous,
I am afraid that there is no other method.

@Anonymous Service Now provides a free ODBC Driver. If we were to use the ODBC Driver Service Now Provides, would that have to be installed on all Developer Machines and the VM hosting the gateway?
