add own (company) content to Help & Support menu

Currently, the Help & Support menu in Microsoft Fabric provides useful documentation and resources from Microsoft.

However, organizations often have their own internal guidelines, best practices, or onboarding materials that would greatly enhance user experience and productivity.

I propose adding an option for organizations to customize the Help & Support menu with their own content. This could include links to internal documentation, training materials, governance policies, or even direct contact options for internal support teams. 

Also specific content related to the dashboard, pipeline, notebook etc would be nice to add.
