Padding on Elements of Visuals

It would be useful to be able to set custom padding for the various elements of a visual, including padding around the edge and padding around the title. Specifically, we would like to give our visuals a banner by colouring the background of the title. However, this looks odd currently because of the way the edges of the coloured background touch the top and bottom of the title text.

Yes please! The title at the moment can sit very close to the actual visual - it's more comfortable on the eye for there to be more of a gap

Even if this is only available in theme files. This would be great to have.

Yes! I am trying to align all my visuals, and the titles within the visuals and it is driving me crazy.

Agree with others on this. Our design team is very displeased by the default titles being too close to the visualizations and also too close to the border if the dashboard has a background color. We’ve tried workarounds such as hiding the default title and adding separate text boxes and background boxes. While this workaround looks much better, unfortunately it seems to have more drawbacks than advantages including reduced page performance, lack of a title when exporting data from a chart, and difficulty copying/pasting a full visualization.

Please prioritize this feature!

Titles are way too close to the border, I need to set the padding around it myself so please, add the padding possibility at least.

Microsoft Idea (powerbi.com) this idea is really similar.

It's wild that Power Bi has been around for this long and we still have to put rectangles behind cards to work around the padding issue.

The latest Update had some huge improvements on that topic!

But I would really like to add those paddings as defaults to my theme file. I just submitted a new idea for this: Microsoft Idea (powerbi.com)
