Use Case:

Many organizations, including ours, have users with access to multiple workspaces. Each workspace may contain sensitive or confidential information, and as a result, there is a need for differential export options based on the workspace context.

Current Challenge:

The current export options are applied globally, making it challenging for administrators to control the export capabilities on a per-workspace basis. This limitation poses a significant risk, as users with access to multiple workspaces may inadvertently or maliciously export sensitive data from workspaces where export functionality should be restricted.

Proposed Solution:

Implementing granular control of export options at the workspace level would address this challenge effectively. This enhancement would allow administrators to customize export settings based on the specific requirements of each workspace. For example, some workspaces may be designated for public reporting and analysis, where full export options are enabled, while others containing confidential data may have export options restricted.
