Dear fabric/Power BI people
Lately we have been hit in Europe by delays in subscriptions to Power BI reports. We are happy that the major problem has been fixed, but we continue to see an inconsistency in the time of delivery. E.g. if the subscription is set to send out the report (in .png or .pdf) at 7.30, we have seen that it is usually received by top management at 7.33. Now we are seeing that this varies a lot. Sometimes the report will be received at 7.33, other times it will be 7.39 or other times. For top management this seem like a large inconsistency, and they will call us and ask, if and why the report is delayed. We would very much like the timing to be more consistent and predictable. For now, we can just say that this timing is in the hand of Microsoft.
