Hi,
We are embedding PBI reports in our product in App owns data mode, and we want to let users add comments in the report, in a text area.
We have investigated several possibilities, but none seems to fully work for us:
1) Use a PowerApps to enter the comment: this requires the user to authenticate to PowerApps. This is not an option for us and we couldn't find a way to have an anonymous access to an app. Is that possible?
2) Embed the report in Edit mode: As we don't want them to be able to modify the whole report but just add comment, we would need a way to lock all the visuals except for a text area where they would enter their comment. Is there a way to do that?
3) Control from our product a textbox and modify its content: we couldn't find a way to modify a textbox content. We did not manage to find a property or capabitity that hosts the textbox content. Is that possible?
Any idea on how to solve that problem?
Thanks for your help
