Can not load data model

I have just created a dataset and published.

Next,  I have created a report and re-published.

When I try to open my report  at browser using powerbi online, I get  the following error.

I am using PostgreSQL Azure Services as backend.  Both Preview and normal Postgresql managed services produce the same error.

Even, I have changed my  powerBI desktop to 32bit edition, the result is the same.

Clearly there is DLL mismatch problem.
