can it be possible to export visuals data in excel format either from desktop or from service?

As I mentioned in the above reply that Power BI Desktop primarily allows exporting data as a CSV file, which you can open in excel.
If you specifically want to export data as an Excel file, follow below method:
Save your report in Power BI Desktop and publish it to the Power BI Service
Open the report in Power BI Service, and select “export data” from the visual and choose the file format Excel.

Yes, it's possible to export the data behind visuals in Power BI to Excel, whether you are using Power BI Desktop or the Power BI Service.
Select the Visual: Click on the visual whose data you want to export.
Export Data:
Select the Visual: Hover over the visual and click on the three-dot menu (...).

Save in your desired folder, and open it in excel, and your data will look like this:
Now select the Column A, go to DATA, text to columns, delimited and next:
in next window, choose comma and finish:
And now, the data will be separed by columns instead of comma:

Yes, in Power BI, you can export visual data to Excel from both Desktop and Service by selecting More Options → Export data

1. Exporting Data from a Visual (Power BI Desktop and Service)
You can export the data underlying a visual (like tables, charts, or graphs) to Excel.
In Power BI Desktop:
Select the Visual: Click on the visual (chart, table, etc.) you want to export.
Export Data:
Right-click on the visual and select "Export Data".
You’ll be prompted to choose the format: either .xlsx (Excel) or .csv (CSV).
Save the File: Choose the location to save the exported file.
In Power BI Service (Online):
Open the Report: Navigate to the report containing the visual.
Export Data:
Click on the ellipsis (...) in the top-right corner of the visual you want to export.
Select "Export data".
Choose either .xlsx (Excel) or .csv format.

Yes, it is possible to export Power BI visuals data to Excel from both Power BI Desktop and the Power BI Service. Here are the steps for each:
Open your report in Power BI Desktop.
Select the visual you want to export.

Select "Export data" from the dropdown menu.

I am unable to find option to export visual data in excel format in power bi desktop, it is only giving me csv option in drop down while saving the file
In addition to, kindly note that
In Power BI Desktop, only 30000 rows we can export as excel.
In Power BI service, we can export data with current layout (1,50,000 rows max) and with summarized data with live connection you can export (500,000 rows max).
