Value calculation or measure

Hi all, I'm hoping this is a simple question and just me being silly.

I have a text box which I am using to calculate a value. The value works on criteria, so field 1 is Y, field 2 is not new, field 3 is 2023.

Because the field names are quite large, am I better writing this as a measure? It would need to be count if the following criteria are met, but I don't know how I would write it.
