Converting a Wide Table to a Long Table with Power Query.
Changing Survey Data testers from Wide to Long Format
Hello,
I need to report on a survey data that is currently in wide format, as displayed below. To be more specific, I want to keep the initial three columns as they are but transform the corresponding questions, answers, and comments into three separate columns, similar to the image below.
Can anyone provide some guidance on how to accomplish this?

1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
