Hi All,
I created a subscription on a report using the power bi service. I get a message that the subscription was created successfully, however i do not get an email. I followed the following document to create the subscription.

I once setup 6 subscriptions and only received 3. First step is to click the Run Now to confirm receipt email. Next is to assume server is busy at designated time. Since scheduled refreshes are at the top and bottom of the hour, schedule the subscription for :15 or :45 after the hour. Also, confirm date, time and time zone.

I have Power BI Pro license as well as another developer. We are Power BI Admins. I added my email id as well as the other users email id to the subscription. I do not see what the blockage is here. 🤔
Ensure the address no-reply-powerbi@microsoft.com is whitelisted by your e-mail provider. If it is, contact Power BI support for assistance.

Have your mailbox receiving the subscription worked properly? Could it receive other e-mails?
Please note this consideration: If you aren't receiving the subscription emails, ensure that your User Principal Name (UPN) can receive emails.
In addition, as @Anonymous mentioned, sometimes at peak demand you may see a longer delay due to the number of subscriptions that Power BI can send at once. Most customers shouldn’t see a delay of more than 15 minutes to process and send reports. It may take up to 30 minutes for certain times and tenants that have significant usage. If you experience a delay that long, first ensure that the address no-reply-powerbi@microsoft.com is whitelisted by your e-mail provider. If it is, contact Power BI support for assistance.
Whitelist means your e-mail provider allows senders who can e-mail you. If the subsription e-mail no-reply-powerbi@microsoft.com is not included in the whitelist, you cannot receive subcription e-mails from power bi. If so, I suggest you create a support ticket here for further assistance.

Yes we receive other emails. This is our first ever subscription , there are no other subscriptions. Only 2 people emails including mine were added to the subscription. There is no question of peak time as we are just getting started with power bi. We have pro licenses .
no-reply-powerbi@microsoft.com is added to send emails.

Can you receive other e-mails like sharing reports, create a alert etc by no-reply-powerbi@microsoft.com?
If no, it could be a communication problem.

No the issue is still lingering , for the time being we are using SSRS Subscriptions. Thanks to PBI
@Anonymous how long ago you did that? Did data refresh happened since you subscribed?
