Still randomly resizing elements

Hi forum,

can somebody please explain this behavior. When I move an element with the following size:

mhilzendegen_0-1688546695326.png

and I move it and gridlines appear:

I end up with this:

Make it stop please. This is triggering my OCD. How can I turn this feature off. And who thought that would be a good idea to implement in the first place?

Appreciate your help!
