Delay in orders

We have a condition where we have orders and we want to show how many days of delay in orders have happened --we have columns like status in status we have status pending and status completed ,we have calculated days difference in days ,we have columns like finish purchase order(90 days ) ,grey purchase order ( 30 days).we want to show delay in orders that is grey purchase order is greater than 30 days and order status is pending then status to be highlighted
