Schedule Not running

Hello, Im unable to refresh one of my reports, the gateway is ok, and in power BI destkop refreshes properly. can you help me out, I get this message

Can you share more details?

1. What are the data sources?

2. Are there more than one data sources?

3. Can you refresh it successfully manually?

4. Can you share some snapshots?

2. Are there more than one data sources  Yes

3. Can you refresh it successfully manually? Yes

Actually, the manual refresh failed as we can see from the snapshot. I would suggest you do these check below.

1. Always use the latest version of Gateway. Please upgrade it to the latest version.

2. Please enable "Additional logging" and check the logs for the details of errors.

I have update the latest version of Gateway  but  same error showing I cant understand what type of error 

 

Please help me

There could be something wrong in your data model. Can you find something in the logs? Can you share it with me? If you can, please send me a private Message. I will try.

I have enabled  Additional Logging but logs file not generated i don't now what type of error

Hi @SunilGrewal,

 

Did you notice the "ODGlogs" folder in your computer desktop? Is it empty? It should have logs in it.

I believe your question should be on Services category.

Nevertheless give us more details about your datasource (type, error message....)
