Hi All
Thank you in advance for your help. My dilema is I am trying to export my reports to PDF.
I am havign the issue that my report is over multiple pages and the PDF only shares the current page / screen dump.
Is there a way that I can configure my powerbi report or build a new report so that all the pages are printed.
I have looked on teh forum but cannot seem to locate a simple solution.
Thank you in advance.
Any resolution for the issue? I have my report content running to 2 or 3 pages.
Hello @SKataria ,
can you explain what do you mean by flat pages and report over few pages, since we don't usually use these keywords in power bi and I want to understand your ask in order to help you.

Hi
if you see my pic above. The table on the right there is the scroll bar because there are more rows than are displayed.
When I print into PDF it only does a screen shot. How can I export into a format where all the rows are shown. Hope this makes more sense.
Thanks
Hello @SKataria ,
you could increase the page size so the report fits, check this https://youtube.com/shorts/loAW17Xo6qI?si=-B1XFd7sG1wsB76q
but by default the export to pdf will take a screenshot of what you can see in the report.
you could export your table to csv, but in your case you dont want to.

Thank you for replying. The video was for flat pages. I have a report that is over a few pages how do I get all the pages to be moved on a PDF or powerpoint?
