When I graph data in a line graph I only see 10 lines in box when you point to the graph.
How can I make the 17 points reflect?

Currently the tooltip has a limit of about 10 rows. You can create a custom tooltips based on report pages to shows more legends, like this:

@Syndicate_Admin I don't think there is a setting to change it, I guess by default it shows whatever it can fit, maybe create your own tooltip page and you can control whatever you want to show. Using report tooltip pages in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
