Hyperlinks without http

I would like to create a hyperlink, which doesn't start with http or https. 

It is a link to a page in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Is it possible to create such a link?

Are there updated on this? I am looking to also open pages in Dynamics GP using the drillback url calls.
