How to convert String timezone into data & Time

Hi 

I have a column called Timestamp in my table and the value looks like this "25.05.23 08:03:58:765000"

Not working when I tried to convert date /Time zone and using locale as well in the power query. Can anyone advise how to do this?

I want to have a column Date&Time "23.05.23 8.45:00 AM"
