File not Loading (0kb size files)

Hello,

I have a automation task running continiously the whole week to extract data from "XX"-Data Source and these extracted data files are saved in local PC on daily basis with current day date name

Sometimes data will not be stored in XX-Data Source for particular date but automation task will run and extract a file with no data in it @ 0kb file and save it in my PC
When ever the file with "0kb"got extracted  then this file is interrupting to load or schedule refresh in Power BI service or desktop

How can I solve this issue? Do we have possibilty to filter files which are 0kb in Power BI query editor?

Any suggestion ?
