    JoeCrozier Oh, for that I would just use this:

    Measure = 
  VAR __MaxStatus = MAX('Staff'[Status Date])
  VAR __MinStatus = MIN('Staff'[Status Date])
RETURN
  __MinStatus & " - " & __MaxStatus
