Enable "Viewer" status users to refresh datasets

Hello

Currently, when we implement RLS, it works only if users are Viewers or contributors, not Admins.

Then, we turn the status (in the workspace access menu) of users to Viewers because we want to restrict Row Level Security.

But we also want our users to refresh the Data ! (Workspace > Dataset> Refresh on demand)

Since we turned their status to Viewers, they can no longer refresh datasets.

Such a pain !

It means we cannot combine RLS enabled and dataset refresh for users.

Very disappointed.
