Display the Tooltip information permanently

The tooltips disappear automatically when we move the cursor outside the tooltip area, and It would be great if we have an option in Power BI to display the tooltip information permanently in the visual for all items or just for some of them.

I have a requirement to show a percent of column label, but want each column to maintain it's relative height as a percent of grand total. I have a measure that I can display on the tooltip for percent of column total, but if I move it to the value on the stacked column chart, each of the column heights normalizes to 100% and I lose the relative height relationship between the columns.  The tooltip correctly assigns the context, etc... Since the correct value is known in context it would be very helpful to be able to display it as a label on the graph. User wants to see the data without hovering.
