Disable visuals adjusting dimensions automatically

The ability to disable the automatic resizing of visuals when adjusting their position.

 

The automatic dimension adjusting can be problematic when trying to perfectly align visuals and have consistent sizing throughout a report.

The ability to toggle this automatic resizing on/off per visual would be convenient, as the automatic resizing may still be desirable for some users.

 

This proposed togglable setting could be located in a visual's General / Properties / Size settings, underneath the Lock aspect ratio option.

Perhaps something like this:
