Adding different target lines to Stacked Bar Chart

Hi all,
I have been trying to add different target lines for each column on "Stacked Bar Chart" (Items1). It is possible on "Line and stacked column chart" (Items2) in Power BI but there is no vertical version of it. 
Would it be possible to have the same feature on "Stacked Bar Chart"?
