I am facing an issue with a workspace I created yesterday in my personal workspace. I set it up to share data with my team members; however, I have received a message stating that "this workspace will be permanently deleted in 7 days."
I would like to retain this workspace for longer use. Here are the key concerns:
I do not have administrator rights to make any changes to the workspace settings.
Is there any possibility to export or back up the workspace data before it gets deleted?
I would appreciate it if you could provide a solution to either prevent the deletion or help me export the data. This workspace is important for ongoing collaboration with my team.

The message shown is not telling you that the workspace will be deleted, it is saying that if you do decide to manually delete the workspace it will be kept for 7 days before being permanently deleted, this gives you 7 days to contact your support team to ask them to restore the workspace.
This message appears on every workspace.
Your workspace is safe unless you or another workspace admin choose to delete it.

As @wardy912 already stated, the message you’re seeing is not indicating that your workspace will be deleted automatically. It’s a standard warning that only applies if someone clicks the “Remove this workspace” button. Since you haven't done that, your workspace is not scheduled for deletion and is safe.
No further action is needed unless you see actual signs of deletion or someone manually initiates it.

The screenshot provided shows the standard message if you choose to delete the workspace manually.
Do not press the 'remove this workspace' button if you do not want to delete the workspace.

Yes, you can configure pipelines to migrate items to different workspaces, they must be in the same region
