Hovering over a field should show the value in the field above the cursor.This is not happening on my reports though it works on desktop.

Hi , @FinMgr 

The Desktop is a tool to developer and the service is used for showing the report .So when you hover on a value in Table or Matrix visual it will not show the value in a box .

If you want to hover over the Service to display the value you want, you can try to use the ToolTip feature.
