We have several dataflows in a workspace. In the service, if I try to create a dataflow in another workspace that accesses them, I can see the dataflows but no tables. I have admin access to both workspaces. Another admin can some but not all tables.
if we try from the desktop, we can see everything.
any suggestions please ?

User error - if you enter text in the 'search' box, it applies it to the tables within dataflows, not just the dataflows. Clearing the search box made everything viewable again.

Hi @W_j ,
I am not quite sure that I am following the question. But, from what I think I understand, you are in Workspace2 and trying to access data within a dataflow from Workspace1. If that is correct, then when you are in Workspace2 and you create a new dataflow and you select to get data from existing dataflows you should see every dataflow that you have permissions to access. And, then you can select the table(s) within the dataflow. Anything that is "enable load" within that dataflow will display for you.
Since you state that you can see everything from the desktop I am wondering if you are signed in with the same userid within your brwoser as you are in the desktop. Also, you may have to clear the cache in the web browser. Also, you might want to try with a different web browser. (And try with incognito mode as well.)
