sharing to external users

when i am sharing to external users by inviting through email .faing below error any idea . If  iam not having any access ?

When you logged the support request you should have received an email which you can use to reply to and follow up?

I would suggest logging a support ticket, as I too cannot see anything in the error message that is of value.
