sharing error

Hello.

'
I have a PRO account. I created an APP to share dashboards with the organization.
I made data with APP, but only the loading screen is visible when sharing institutional links.
When I checked, people with a PRO account can see the dashboard.

I shared it using the 'Teams' program.

How will it be solved?

Hi @Anonymous

If you only have a Pro licence and share a Report or Dashboard in any way the recipient will need at lerast a Pro licence to view it. It looks like those people in Teams you shared with don't have a Pro licence, which they will need to view the Report. If you have a "Premium Capacity" licence and share the Reports and Dasboards from a Premium Workspace, users with a Free Licence can view them, but either way you always need a Power BI licence of some sort to view Reports and Dashboards.

Hope this helps

Hi, @Anonymous

For app consumers, there are two options.

  1. The workspace for this app is not in a Power BI Premium capacity: All business users need Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) licenses to view your app.
  2. The workspace for this app is in a Power BI Premium capacity: Business users without Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) licenses in your organization can view app content. However, they can't copy the reports, or create reports based on the underlying datasets.

Publish an app in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

So you can choose to purchase a Pro license for your business users or assign the workspace to Premium capacity.

If you don't want to buy Premium and Pro licenses, you can try publishing your report or dashboard to the web. However, when you use Publish to web, anyone on the Internet can view your published report or visual. This method is not safe.
