I have used Sharepoint list as data connector  and switched on the schedular on daily basis.

Now I need a report data or partcular visual data has to export automatically before my scheduling time .

Need help to know is there any automaric export mechanism avaliable in power BI or is there  any mechanism to get the data  before refresh in scheduled time

@Anonymous there's way to make an aumatic flows into power bi, read this article and i hope that will help you, this is show you about the integration with microsoft flow, but is possible to do a lot of thing using this tool integrated with power bi.

thanks for your response.

So far we can create alerts  only on numeric data.

I have a pie chart cretaed using both calculated feild(dimension and measure)
This data has to automatically export or email notification should come before my schedular runs
