Could you please tell me.whether we can send the schedule Reports/Dashboard in EXCEL or PDF format to user?Is there any scheduling option is available?

You can schedule your reports and email them as PDF and Excel using PBRS from ChristianSteven Software.

It is possible to send a report via email to userson schedule, but PDF format is not possible.

Users can set up an email subscription for dashboard or report following the guide in this article, Power BI will email a snapshot of the dashboard/report to users' inbox based on the schedule that users set.

Be aware, this would be after you share the dashboard/report with them. They would need access to see the report first, then would be able to add the subscription as described above.
