right click(show data point a stable) not working in PowerBI service

Hi,

I hace developed a report ,published and gave access to multiple users.Only few users are unable to use right click in powerbi service report to clcik show data point as table option. whereas all users got same access and unable to rectify the issue.

Could someone suggest me what could be the issue,users have upgraded their drivers and tested the report but still no luck.

Then have you compared the difference between these 2 users and other users who can operate normally ?

Hi,

I have published the report to App from Premium workspace and shared with group of users email id's added to AD group. This report got visuals with drill down functionality and when user right clicks it shows 'Show datapoint as table'.For 2 users right click gives default system options not powerbi options.

You mean, a small number of users can't perform "Show as a table" operations ? How did you share the report with users ? If some users can operate, have you compared the difference between the two users ?
