not getting unknown status while call Refresh History powerbi rest API

Hi,
I am using powerBI Premium per user License.
While calling Get Refresh History In Group API from Embed powerbi report from webpage, I am not getting request record that have Status: "Unknown".
When Same API I tried in Local then I am getting record "Unknown" status first then "Completed"

@lbendlin But I cheked logs in PowerBI server & every time refresh API found completed.

Have you tried refreshing a semantic model after (at this point, that semantic model is in the process of being refreshed)
Immediately call the Power Rest API to get the refresh history of that semantic model.
Is the returned status still Completed?

In my testing, when a semantic model is in the process of being refreshed, the status returned by executing the Power BI Rest API will be Unknow.

Only when this refresh is complete will the returned status be Completed.
