missing stream data

Hello,

I use RAW API to add rows of weather data to a dashboard in Power BI.

I add a new row every 5 minutes and can see gaps of data from 0:00am to 10:00am.

Is there such a limitation with free Power BI?

Based on document, I find that free trial user refresh data daily and the Pro user refresh data hourly.

Datasets scheduled to refresh	Daily	Hourly*
Streaming data in your dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI REST API or Microsoft Stream Analytics.	10k rows/hour	1M rows/hour
Live/DirectQuery on-premises data sources with full interactivity via the On-premises Data Gateway
Live cloud data sources with full interactivity (Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Spark on HDInsight)
On-premises data sources requiring a Power BI Gateway - Personal and/or the On-premises Data Gateway.

I found the solution!

I send a date/time value with wrong format.

You MUST use two digits for hour, minute and second value...
