missing fields on matrix when added to power bi online

Hi everyone, i'm having some troubles when i add fields in my published dashboard, for example, i have a matrix and i need to add one field like a sales code, so i add with the "edit" option in power bi online, but i have tried to do that many times, and everytime the field disappear in a couple of days, or don't appear in the matrix even after i make the changes and save, i really have no idea why is this happening, can i have some help please?

I test it in my environment, all it works well, please confirm you save the report successfully after you edit the report in the Power BI Service Portal.

Please try it again.

Cheking if you are the only one who make changes to the report,

If you have more than one developer then request them to download latest version of report before making any update, this way you will not loose the updates made by other developer.
