iframe full screen mode button absent

Hello,

I used to share reports on my company website with publish to web (public mode) feature, it was ok but unsecured so we purchased PRO licences for everyone in order to share reports with SSO security.

The reports are working but it appears that unlike the public mode, the reports published to web with security doesn't have the button to enter full screen mode although the allowfullscreen="true" parameter is enabled in the iframe code.

Am I the only one affected ? Is it normal ?

Best regards

Cado

Hi @Cado_one ,

Is it possible to post the code you are using? You can copy the demo below into an html file, add/remove the allowed full screen, and open the html in a browser to test it yourself.

<html>
   <div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden">
      <div class="field-items">
         <div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded"><iframe src="https://app.powerbi.com/view?r=eyJrIjoiMzc5ZTdmZDMtYTYyYy00N2Q2LWI0MDktN2FlM2VmMDcwYzU3IiwidCI6ImY2ZjcwZjFiLTJhMmQtNGYzMC04NTJhLTY0YjhjZTBjMTlkNyIsImMiOjF9" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="true" width="100%" height="600"></iframe></div>
      </div>
   </div>
   </div>
</html>

You can read related document like below:

<iframe>: The Inline Frame element - HTML: HyperText Markup Language | MDN (mozilla.org)

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and let me know immediately. Looking forward to your reply.

Best Regards,
Henry

Hi @v-henryk-mstf

We can't compare with your report because it was published to web in public mode. In the past I was using those public codes and it was working just like you too.

I use the same code but with a PRO hyperlink :

<div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden">
   <div class="field-items">
      <div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded">
         <iframe src="https://app.powerbi.com/reportEmbed?reportId=0194cee0-9309-4c09-af70-a53b01b18026&autoAuth=true&ctid=81525ccd-1906-4ea0-957d-adbf5289193a&config=eyJjbHVzdGVyVXJsIjoiaHR0cHM6Ly93YWJpLXdlc3QtZXVyb3BlLXJlZGlyZWN0LmFuYWx5c2lzLndpbmRvd3MubmV0LyJ9" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="true" width="100%" height="600"></iframe>
      </div>
   </div>
</div>

And my report has no full screen option :

I tried to add/remove the allowedfullscreen but nothing changed.

I am using Microsoft Edge as browser

Cado
