Hi @Gnaneshwar_3012 When creating the connection, ensure you have the servername or then full location name of the file you are connecting to e.g. \\servername\folderpath\file.xlsx and ensure the user has permission to the folder

I  firstly think you need to ensure that the user account running the Power BI service has the necessary permissions to access the file at C:\Users\LENOVO\Desktop\power bi KSR ALL\POWER BI KSR\DATA SETS\superstore\SUPER STORE DATA.xlsx.

If you’re using an on-premises data gateway, make sure it is properly configured and running. Also you need to ensure that both Power BI Desktop and the on-premises data gateway are up-to-date.
