how to set the comment message as mail

When a dashboard is published, the end user can comment on the report/app.I want to know is their a way when the end user comment in the report or in the app, the comment message should be sent as a mail to the owner of the dashboard .So that if any end user comment on the report the relevant person should be notified and can reply instantly  instead of opening the dashboard or the app and then see what are the comments.Is it possible? I have worked on the micrsoft flow but i have only found that it is possible for the alert message when data changes.Can we use microsoft flow for sending the comment message  as mail? if not microsoft flow is their any other approach possible to achieve the same objectiive

There is a PowerApps visual in Power BI. So you can create a PowerApps application where people are writing comments and then it can come to your e-mail using Power Automate (former MS Flow). Just an idea 😉

I have seen that article,But i don't want to create any visualization.Just like "@" functionality ,Can we create the flow that if any end user comment on the report/app ,the comment should sent to the customize email.Is it possible?
