Is there any possiblity in power bi do it in one shot both reports and datasets.
one more question is there any option to download the list of all reports from workspace ?

Hi @adnankabina ,
You can try using the save a copy feature, which will prevent you from having to republish all the files:
Copy reports from other apps or workspaces - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Hope it helps!

Hi @adnankabina ,
There is not "move" function. I would suggest that if most of the reports that are in there are to be archived then I would rename the workspace that you currently have with the "Archive" name and turn off the permissions for others. Then, take the reports that yo udo want and move them to a new workspace. This has to be manually done by publishing them to the new one.

Hi @adnankabina ,
Yes, it is painful and that is the only way I know but @Anonymous is giving a good alternative solution as well.
