how to enable Analyze in Excel
Hi Sachy123
"Analyze in Excel" is available from the "more" (three dots) menu on a view of a Workspace, see..
It is also available from the "Export" menu when you view a Report in service.
Note that "Analyze in Excel" requires "build" rights to the Dataset, which you may not have if you are just a "Viewer" in a Workspace. Also "Analyze in Excel" can be turned off by your Power BI Admin in which case it will not be available even if you have build rights.
See Analyze in Excel for Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
Hope this helps
