Building your app...message keep spinning when opening an app

Hi, I built Power Bi reports in an App and it was working fine by accessing the App link. However, I have issue in accessing the App link now with the mesage "Building your app..." spinning on the page and no report loads successfully.

I get the following error message too. May I know how can I get this issue resolve asap? Thanks!

I have been having the same issue. I have several workspaces, each with thier own App. I have found that the Classic workspaces are causing the issue. When I upgrade those Workspaces the Apps are opening.
