group workspace missing

We have several group workspaces (listed in Admin portal, Workspaces section) that don't show up in the Main page under the Workspaces menu. How can you change this?

Hi @careersadminIT ,

As Power BI Admin you can see all workspaces (include deleted workspace) in the organization under Admin portal -> Workspaces.

However, under the Workspaces menu in the Main page , you can only see those workspaces that you have access to.

You can click ... -> Access button to check who have access to the workspace under Admin portal -> Workspaces.

Check if you have access to these missing workspaces.

Click the Detail, it will also show you members of the workspace.

Hi there

You have to make sure that you are a member of the app workspace for it to show up for you.

If the app workspaces are the modern version you can add your account to the app workspace.
